..... we can get around to discussing far more important matters :D :

As an economy measure, do you re-use your teabags?

We are wondering if we ought to :?

Fortunately I hate tea.... :D So the decision is not for me.

As soon as Bojo goes there will be someone else to rail at... Just wait. :cute: :cute:

Not a te drinker either.

Could we talk about Socrates, who filched millions from the Portuguese?

Look him up - smug git, reminds me of Blair.

Teabags - no, but I do recharge the cafetiere with a fresh spoon of grounds and more boiling water for half a top-up. :D

I don't reuse tea bags. Can get four cups/ mugs from one tea bag. Have this in the morning at breakfast and sometimes inn the evening.
Have diluted lime cordial at lunch and in the afternoon as I like to drink lots of fluid.

No, but I’ve switched to buying Aldi teabags at around £1 for 80 rather than PG Tips and a month in no one’s noticed yet.

Here’s one for you.
We have one meal a week that’s ‘easy’, usually pie and chips and the pies of choice are usually Ginsters Pasties. For as long as I can remember they’ve been £2.75 for a pack of four from Tesco and were when I placed the order earlier in the week.

Today I’ve been charged £4.
That’s now the price showing on the website. It’s a price increase of around 45% if my maths is right.
£2.75 wasn’t an offer price, that’s what they’ve been for a long long long time.

No we don't reuse teabags.
I didn't know that Jan.
One thing that fascinated me about the old Portuguese dictator Salazar was how modesty he lived. A small house, never owned a car and when he died he owned two suits and that was about it. Not your usual dictator!
