Mewriad,

My son had major work done on his teeth when he was young. He had very prominent front teeth. It involved him having his jaw broken
and reset and wearing a brace 24/7 for nearly three years. He was nearly 16 when the tratment finally finished but he said it had been worth
the discomfort. He has still got the drawings showing how his jaw was originally and after it was reset. These were taken from the
X-ray plates at the time.
I had to pay as it could not be done under the NHS even in those days. It was in the early 1970's
