Morning all

Up at silly o'clock, E's just been picked up for his post op appointment at the RNOH. Keeping fingers crossed the traffic isn't too bad. As expected physio said he would be wasting his time with them. The chap was very impressed with his progress and had a chuckle when E told him he has his own personal trainer, or as he tends to put it, his own torture squad. I'm definitely taking all the credit

Yet another grey, cloudy and cool start, but we-re heading for the dizzy heights Ally is getting.

Gum is still a little sore this morning, no need for painkillers, but just need to be careful, so scrambled egg butty for breakfast

Morning all, it’s cloudy now after a sunny start.

I was out early with Bill this morning but he decided we were only having a short walk (half an hour) because Amanda stayed last night and he really really needed to get back and see her I’d had a feeling that’d happen seeing as I found him sitting outside Joe’s bedroom door before we went out

Two loads of washing have been done so I’m hoping it stays dry, I’ve run out of room on the line for now though.

Bit of excitement tonight, we’re off to the Odeon to see the new Top Gun film. We’ve not been since March 2020 and we were going weekly up until then but we’ve decided to restart our Limitless accounts and start going regularly again.

Morning all, and what a lovely one it is. Sunny and warm if a little breezy.
Our son is coming tonight for his tea, we are having a bolognese.
Ouch Jan. Yes Jen, you take the credit! I'm glad that E has done so well.
Bill is a dog who knows his own mind Jo! Ally, 39c would be a little to warm for me.
A walk this afternoon is on the cards, apart from that not too much.

I've just done five minutes of pulling up weeds and I'm leaking So that's enough for me outside, apart from the pool

He certainly does Crommers and it’s so lovely to see. From January until late April we walked the same route every morning because it was the only clear one with no ditches and less trees and with me constantly talking to him so that he knew where I was. Now he has his sight back and he’s loving choosing where to go again

Well I've seen little Poppy She turned 4 this week, so Dan and Nik bought her up to see great grandma I walked up from town, and then Mick popped round in his lunch break with Fraggle - she loves Fraggle I will pop a couple of photos on the photo board later D and B brought their wedding album for us to see, the first time we've seen them all. A gorgeous reminder of a beautiful day Pilates tonight xx
