It is beautiful Suff, but blimey.

I'm not entirely sure what area of London Fulham is? It is north, south, east or west?

Fulham’s not far from Chelsea iirc?

As for the house I posted, it originally had a separate dining room but they knocked through last year to make a kitchen diner, and the garage is set up as a dog grooming salon.

The price is crazy though, there’s another house of that design opposite us (four doors up from the one for sale) but it has a double garage and a drive large enough for four cars and is set back from the road and that sold 18 months ago for £350,000. The one that’s now for sale has a single garage, parking for one car on the drive and is right on the footpath.

Just off the new Kings Road, down from parsons Green and Fulham and over the river from Putney.

Not too far from. Chelsea football ground.

It is crazy Kaz. Not all the brothers could afford the death duties so it was sold. Even though they were aware prices were rocketing.

It is Kaz, the final split was 5 way and for a house worth £5m today they got peanuts.

This one, we both love. Right in Ourique, okay, so will be noisy, but very handy for everywhere.

If we had enough dosh lying around, we'd buy it tomorrow. New kitchen, new bathroom, maybe another shower room and loo. Sorted :Hi:

This is my dad's cousin's house in Weddington, North Carolina.

Let's hope she buys something similar as we'll be staying with her when we visit.
