Serious HMRC phone scam

Be careful.

The safest way is to not answer the call. I got caught out because I was busy on something else. Second best is to hang up once you realise it is not someone you know. That is what I did. Worst is to press a button and talk.

It might seem like fun but your call is flagged as answered and is then added to the database to be sold on. Not worth it IMHO.

I just wanted others to know that playing games is not the best of ideas. I should have used ....
