Can I share a bit of good news

I had to go and collect Mowgli and Mia's medication last night, so I took Mowgli for a check up as Simon hadn't seen him since before Christmas. He got him out for a cuddle and said how well he looked. He felt him all round his tummy and there is no tenderness at all, all his gums, eyes, skin are pinky pink, no yellowing and he is back and over his original weight. So he was thrilled with him.

I really need a new cat carrier though. The door on mine doesn't shut properly and I popped in M&S on the way home and when I came out Mowgli was sitting in the drivers seat looking out the window

My last cat William never went to the vets in a carrier, we didn't have one. He used to just sit in the car on the passenger seat and then sit on my lap with a lead attached to his collar. When I was paying he would sit on the counter and talk to the receptionists.

One day we stopped at some traffic lights and a police car stopped next to us. William chose that moment to stand with his feet on the dashboard to see what was going on. The policemen looked a tad surprised

Two things made me smile..Mowgli in the drivers seat.

And the cat called William..William is my dads name.
