This lovely home offers well-proportioned accommodation whilst still boasting vast room for modernisation that will certainly meet the needs of many potential buyers.
Not often you see an agent state "vast room for modernisation" .... :D

Fairly priced in my book, given the current market down here.

I have seen far worse than that Ossie. Its a lovely bungalow with potential and good sized rooms. And that bathroom suite is the nicer shade of pampas rather than the 'in your face' avocado

However all I could think of when I saw the photos was 'oh my God, look at that sky'

I want it!!!
It’s absolutely gorgeous!
We’d both like to move to the north west but ideally to the south or east of Manchester.
Handy for mountain biking for John, he loves riding on Saddleworth Moor, and handy for the football for me :D

Ossie, like Shell I’ve seen much worse than that with barely a mention of any modernisation being needed. It’s a lovely bungalow.

An very elderly lady lived in it and we suspect she might have passed away or gone into care. According to the blurb, she was the original occupant from new; the bungalow is 30 years old. Looking at the interior pics, it looks like the original décor complete with avocado-style suite, and it's interesting to see the agents have said:

Ossie, it won't take too much to make it lovely. A bit of redecorating and new kitchen and bathroom. Lovely and spacious 8-)

Fingers crossed for them! It’s a beautiful house, and so light inside. Nice location too!

It is light and airy, but is it me or is it a strange shape downstairs? Just sort of slanted?

It looks like it’s a corner plot with a side extension, it seems they’ve used the width at the front and narrowed it towards the rear to fit on the land. Clever way of utilising the available land rather than having a uniform width all along which would obviously have to follow the narrowest part.
