Just finished another T. M Logan - Lies, and am about to start on The Holiday. Didn't catch it on telly so no idea what it's about - I do like his writing though 8-)

Has anyone read any Lucy Diamond?

I like T M Logan too, have you read The Catch?

I have read several Lucy Diamond Gal, I like them.

I am reading Because of You by Dawn French. I bought it for a friend for Christmas and she has passed it my way.

Yes Shell, The Catch was the first of his I read, very good. Anne (aqua pal) put me on to Lucy Diamond but I'm not sure if she may be a bit 'safe' for me, I'll see.

I have read the DF one also :)

Be interested to know your thoughts on the Dawn French book Gal.

I know what you mean about Lucy Diamond, but they are well written and not chick lit.

Have you read any Lisa Jewell? I love her books albeit the last one wasnt her best

I’ve read Lucy Diamond’s Beach Cafe books and really enjoyed them.

I’ve not read Lisa Jewell’s latest but have a few of her’s on my Kindle ready to be read.

I’ve started The Likely Resolutions of Oliver Clock by Jane Riley. It’s pretty good so far.

I like Lucy Diamond, and Lisa Jewell :) I haven't been able to concentrate to read lately, but hopefully I can get back into it now.

Well according to my Goodreads reviews, not a lot!! I'll see if I can copy and paste it here....

I spent a lot of time skipping pages and pages of what seemed like nothingness, too descriptive, too slooooww, nothing actually happening, until about three quarters through. I’m not sure why I stuck with it, it seemed a bit of a chore, to be honest, but that last quarter - it made up for the first three, and how!

Lots of unanswered questions however, I’m not sure how a couple of things could be overlooked ( I don’t want to give spoilers) but that aside, I’m giving it 4 stars for the overall story.

Maybe you'll see it differently :)

Yes I have read at least one Lisa Jewell - I Found You I think it was called.
