Good morning Tuesday

Postby Ally » 01 Mar 2022, 07:08

Good morning and hello March. :D

It's like a summer's day here and forecast 23C. 8-)

Off for a walk with Don to Guadalmar. Half coast half forest. Perfect.

Food shopping this afternoon.

GB Menu tonight.

Have a great day.

Morning Ally, morning everyone :)

Ally, that walk sounds lovely 8-) xx

It's wet here this morning. Still, I'll be out in it later getting my steps. Becky had a good first day yesterday. She's on a theatre shift today, and very excited about that :) I'll be seeing D later, we might be going up Chosen Hill to the churchyard where Mick's dad is buried, as it's their wedding anniversary, but that depends on the weather. When it's wet and windy that's magnified up there as it's so high up, with views over both Gloucester and Cheltenham, and the single track road up there has a huge drop on one side.

Have a good day :) xx

Morning Ally, Kaz and everyone
~
Fog now coming in  Was lovely and sunny earlier  But once that goes, will be another lovely day 8-)

Glad B enjoyed her first day Kaz. Theatre nurse?

Ironing for me later.

We've had our weigh in, I'm still the same, Grumpy needs to lose about 5 kilos, but that's unrealistic, given his age etc, so I'll settle for less of a tum  He won't give up the beer, but he's going to cut down, so that's a start.

Lots of veg with tonights dinner, from our garden :Hi: Have to eat what we can before the blasted voles get them. Got more coffee grounds coming, Jose is going to keep a couple of bags for us.

Have a good day everyone, whatever you're doing xx

Morning all, it’s a beautiful sunny crisp day. The golf course was closed earlier due to frost, but is open now so Edward has headed off to play. I’ve a few bits and pieces to do, and will do some ironing. The final payment for our cruise at the end of the month has gone through, it used to be three months in advance but they shortened it because of Covid. Our other cruise company want their money three months in advance though, so that has to be paid on or before 28th March.

Morning all :D

Wet and miserable here

Glad B had a good first day Kaz.

We finally got out to tidy the garden yesterday afternoon, just as well, we definitely won't be out there today. Almost filled our garden bin with all the palm leaves that came down. Strange really, you'd expect the tree to look a bit sparse after shedding so many, but no it's as bushy as ever. We also did a bit of weeding, but there's still more to do. We're both decidedly a little stiff this morning.

Absolutely no plans for today, intend to be extremely lazy.

Hope you all have a good day xx

Good afternoon.
It's been a bright day here. Very sunny and warm if you could get out of the breeze.
We went up to a local wildlife park and had a coffee in the cafe this morning, then this afternoon went for a walk on Heath common then dropped in for a quick pint at a pub on the way home.
We both really enjoyed it.
That's good about Becky Kaz. Jen, don't overdo the gardening! How is E coming along with his other hip?
Saundra we are having pancakes this evening.
I hope you've all had a good day.
