No, I do "get" that Jan, I enjoyed whizzing round with my new Shark when I got it - but the novelty soon wore off

I get the 'twisty' head thing, Jan. My rechargeable Black and Decker has one and being a straight-line hooverer of old it took some getting used to. Now that I have I would not go back - wobbly heads from now on.
