Don's prepped a jerk chicken tray bake with roasted peppers, wedges and a pineapple salsa.

It smells amazing. :cute:

Aldi Red Pepper & Mozzarella Parcels, a baked spud each, petit pois and condensed mushroom soup as a sauce. Lush. But we're still hungry, so it'll be tea and toast (pear and ginger jam) with Dalziel and Pascoe .... :lol:
