I bought some of those poaching bags in Aldis and tried them.
I am not over impressed :?
They came out a funny shape (almost square) but i will say
that the yolk was perfection :)
I will stick with my own way as they look better and are
quicker :D

I bought some pound shop silicone poachers and found that the bags are much better, Dunelm sell some which are around £3 each though so maybe they might be a bit better.

I watched it this afternoon, I wasn't half pleased to see how they c*cked those up :lol:
Felt sorry for John and Greg, having to actually taste smoked mackerel with poached egg, I think I'd have gagged :oops: :)
Good show though, a nice lot fitted into the hour.
