Message from Jan

I've just had a call from Jan asking me to let you know that her router at home has gone to IT Heaven. The internet company tried to see if they can sort it but it's beyond fixing and she's now being sent a new router; but until she gets that she won't have any WiFi so won't be able to log on and post here. She's hoping to be back in the world of technology and communication by Tuesday but it may be longer.

thankfully she has her regular phone so can call friends and ask them for lifts if needed..... and yes I did make her promise not to kill Grumpy

Well I am sure I said to her before that MEL are a joke would be better off with NOS.

Was with NOS all the time we lived in Madeira never had a minutes trouble with them.

Even when we first started with them they didn't take a monthly payment in the first four months and wouldn't take a back payment saying it was their fault
