Good morning Sunday

Postby Ally » 02 Jan 2022, 07:26

Good morning.

Sunny and hitting mid 20s again. Looking at my past diaries that's normal. Kicking the duvet off the bed for the third night running. That's not normal. (We only have a 7.5 tog so not like it's a super duper warm one  ) We never, ever close our bedroom window, usually just pulling it closed a bit more in winter but it's open the moment as much as it'd be in late spring. I think world temps are mad at the moment.

I'm away for my walk soon. :)

Planning on a lovely day reading and eating goodies. This could easily change though as we well know.

Have a great day.

Morning Ally, morning everyone

Another lovely morning, although still chilly. It's 8C at the moment, but will shoot up to 23C again later.

Not sure what Ill be doing, maybe a little bit lazy today. Grumpy is off washing the car. The track is very dusty, and kicks up all sorts as we drive along

BBQ later :Hi: Pork steaks, sausages and entremeadas 8-)

Have a good day everyone, whatever you're doing xx

Good morning everybody.

Lovely blue skynwhen I got up but there are some clouds now.

I have washed the car. I did it while the sun was on it. As the sun moves round, the shadow from the house comes onto the car
so I have to do it in tne morning soon after breakfast. Now going to have a coffee and then relaxing.
Maydo some painting this afternoon as I can see some marks on the wall in the Kitchen.

Vibes for those who need them

Have a good day everybody.

Good morning all.

It is wall-to-wall blue skies here, but there is a feel of that cold snap coming in.

There is a local farmer's market on so I might just have a wander around and see if there is anything I need. It will be more an excuse to get out if I am honest.

Have a good day everyone.

Morning all, it’s lovely here. Clear blue skies and very like Spring.

Off to Stafford shortly, I’ve got a hat and scarf to return to M&S which I was given for Christmas. It’s orange, I love orange but this is SO bright. I remember seeing the hat when I was shopping in there before Christmas and it really caught my eye, and not in a good way

Have a good day all x

Good morning all.
Blue skies but definitely colder today.
Not to much on today. I will be going for a steady walk in a little while and then Sunday lunch.
Looks like it will be a reading sort of day.
Have a good day all.

Morning all, nice blue sky when we got up but it has clouded over now. No plan for the day so far, I have towels in the washing machine, and will do the household filing. I also want to look at flights to Rome for our cruise in June (if it happens). We have already booked somewhere to stay the night before. Our policy is, if the cruise goes ahead, we will be on it. We have a short one booked for the end of March too, we are just booking and hoping, although that one could be doubtful. It’s is important to us to have something to look forward to, we are determined to live our life as much as we can within all the restrictions.
