I finished my Christmas Dinner about an hour ago!

Spent nearly all day in bed yesterday with a ricked back done the evening before when playing with Lyra. I could not get comfortable either standing or sitting so gave up. I put loads of Voltarol on and dosed up on co-codamol and that was me for the day. I am now on the infrared heater / massager then off for another lie down.
