Morning Ally, morning everyone

Cloudy today, although quite mild. Heading into a lovely week-end 8-)

Molly is scratching her ears and shaking her head a lot, so think it will be a trip to Castro Verde, to see the very nice vet there. Not using the one in Ourique again, so Castro it is.

Back to do some cleaning, mostly dust from the fires

Then we'll see how the day goes.

Have a good day everyone, whatever you're doing xx

Good morning everybody.

It is dry but there are lots of grey clouds so we could have more rain. Going out for the paper and deliver two cards by hand.
Then just pootling and relaxing.

Have a good day everybody.

The sun is now out :Hi:

Molly seems to have settled down, had breakfast and is now sleeping next to Grumpy on the sofa, so we'll leave it for now.

Better crack on with the cleaning.

Morning all, it’s sunny and cold here, there was frost on the roofs when we got up. Edward has gone to play golf and I will be going to the gym in a while. We’re going dancing tonight. Better tidy around before I go out.

Morning all :)

Lashing rain and gale force winds overnight, dry now but still very windy

So glad we went out yesterday, it wouldn't be much fun today, just staying upright could be a problem
Usual Friday wash day for us and expecting a Sainsbury's deliver between 1-2pm.

Hope you all have a good day xx

Afternoon everyone :)

Just got home after being out all day. did my ironing first thing, then I had my hair cut this morning, picked up some meds for D from the Sainsbury's pharmacy - she's much improved today, thankfully - then got a bus into town to collect my M&S order :) Town was quite festive, carol singers in costume :D I popped into the new Primark, to buy H a new dressing gown - it only opened this week, and is huge as it's in the old BHS unit that's been empty since they went bust! It's much bigger than the old one, with far more stock 8-)

Went up to D's after that, got engrossed in afternoon telly with her, then thought I had better walk home before it got dark!

Going to soak off my "wedding" silvery gel nails tonight, and do new ones - I have a nice burgundy one with a tiny bit of sparkle 8-)

Love to all :) xxx

Evening all.

It’s been a busy day. It started with seeing Joe off to work as he’s away for the weekend so wouldn’t be home afterwards. Bill had an early walk (must remember that my torch needs new batteries), came home and stripped Joe’s bed and did two loads of washing and hung it out to dry (no rain forecast) while waiting for the Tesco order. That came and I put it all away, I walked Bill again.
Then it rained. Lots.
I got the Christmas trees and decorations out of the garage and spent the afternoon doing those.

John’s out with work people for a meal tonight as one of them retires today.

Joe’s in Cornwall, he’s bringing Amanda back for Christmas but they’ve booked a country hotel near Bristol for tomorrow night as it was their three year anniversary yesterday. They’ve done so well to keep a long distance and, at times, a lockdown relationship going. It’s only six months or so until Amanda finishes university and is back home, they’ve already booked their Leeds tickets for next August.

Glad D’s feeling better Kaz!
