Ah, Becky had a more in-depth chat with the vet today which explains it. They want us to reduce his weight a little, as well as keep him rested, as he's just on the border between being light enough for the ligament to heal by itself, and being too heavy for that to happen.

A friend uses a cage, for her dog, as they'd travel all over Europe. So funny to watch him leaning in to bends

Fraggle has a special clip on the seatbelt that keeps him safe

It's illegal here now to have a dog loose in the car, but some people use crates.
