All very talented people. I bought a book this year called "The lost Beach Boy" about David Marks, their original rhythm guitarist. Played on the first four or five LPs then left in late 1963 - he wasn't even 16.
The Beach Boys harmonies were amazing.

Woohoo, we have piggybacked on Miss Osc’s Disney+ so will watch the Beatles documentary this week.

I loved George Michael (I know Jo did too]. I think he just couldn’t cope with fame, but there are many many stories of his generosity to others.

Gosh I don't know anybody else who has that album!! I bought it new in 85 - and played it to death!!I just LURVE Green's voice!! (and he's pretty dishy too, or was!!)

Seen that movie twice Frank, it's so sad. I recommended it to my big brother as he and his wife are BB fans, but he said he couldn't watch it as it was too depressing!! I didn't realise it was on C4 though....

Fans of nostalgia (I am a huge one!) check out C5 Friday nights, they are doing one of those talking heads things about the 70s, one year a week, starting in 1970. Last Friday was 1975, it's fab!! I'm sure it will be available on my5, if you've missed any.
