Good morning Wednesday

A place to chat with friends, old and new

Morning all, it’s grey and a bit drizzly here.

Bill’s had his walk, it was a slow one this morning - saw two neighbours and stopped to chat both times and also a friend of John’s out walking his dogs and a random dog walker also stopped to chat and for the dogs to play too. John came and met us, he’d had an early dentist appointment.

Not sure if we’re doing anything much today., might go out for lunch.

Hope Iceland is fully stocked Al!

Have a good day all!

I’ve got the urge to pay Iceland a visit now, probably two years since I last shopped there.

Good morning all, just.
£7 for delivery?? :o :o :o
A little bit of excitement here last night. We had a police car and an ambulance just round the corner.
It's something to do with next door's eldest girl's boyfriend. Poor S and N (said girl's parents), they are such a nice couple; they don't deserve that. boyfriend is stopping with them because he's fallen out with his dad who is allegedly hard on him. His dad showed up one night last week causing a scene.
I don't know if it's me but there does seem to be a lot of unhappy young people about nowadays.
I suppose we'll find out more, or not, in due course.
The car has gone in for a touch up job on a scratch, hopefully we will get it back tomorrow.
Glad you had a better night Jen, and good luck with the biopsy WM.
Have a good day all.

Afternoon all, it was a beautiful day earlier but has clouded over now and looks as if it could rain. I had a Dexa scan appointment at 10.40 then stopped to buy some knitting wool on the way home, plus bought fish when I got back to Howth. Popped up to Miss Osc’s office as she had left her purse in my car, went to the deli for some salad for my lunch, now settling down to do some knitting.

Afternoon everyone :)

Went out early with Harry, into town to get some stuff done, he also got a haircut. He wanted to have lunch in Coffee#1 so we did, Unfortunately due to delivery problems there was little choice, but we managed. Home via Doreen's, then the GP surgery as he filled in an online registration form at the weekend, but you have to take photo ID into the surgery for their records. We walked the long way home, so I could show him where the Co-op is. I'm making meatballs and pasta for dinner, but as I'm off to Zumba at 6.30 I will have something very light shortly instead. I am loving having him here, he hasn't lived with me full-time since he was three, so it means a lot to me :) 8-)

Jen, I'm glad you're sleeping better, it makes such a difference doesn't it? xx

Hope the biopsy went ok Frank, sending hugs xx

Love to all :) xx
