Good afternoon everyone.
We've had a nice morning. MrsC went out for a walk with our daughter and their dog. Our son in law had a long shift last night and didn't get in until 4 am, so daughter wanted to get out of the house and let him sleep. They went for a walk around Newmillerdam, a local beauty spot.
Then MrsC came home and chivvied me out into the sunshine, also to have a walk around Newmillerdam. It was a glorious morning, sunny and warm. The colours of the leaves on the trees were spectacular, lots of quacking ducks on the dam and there was some real warmth in the sun.
Now home again after getting the paper. Cottage pie for tea tonight!
Jen, I hope tonight is a better one for you.
Have a good day all.
