Good morning everybody. It is trying to rain as there are a lot of grey clouds. Was going to wash the car but will have to delay that. Have walked for the paper and am now going to have a coffee. Then just pootling. Have a good day everybody
Good morning all. A lovely sunrise earlier on but it has clouded up now. That sounds like a good afternoon Jan. I bet you have really enjoyed having time with your boys Ally. Cruiser we're having a lazy day too. MrsC has an apple crumble in the oven and our daughter and Eliza will be coming for dinner. I need some more flexiseq for my knee but will probably get in on line; the local fb page is full of complaints about the local chemist so I'll steer clear. The I need to get out for a walk. Have a good day all.

Found out on Friday that me and Joe could get our boosters today. It’d previously been said that the clinic this weekend was for second doses up to the 24th April and we had ours on the 25th but they changed it so we were here for when they opened at 10, found a queue of around 100 in front of us but that soon moved and we’re now doing our 15 minute wait in the car.
Once we’re back home and have had breakfast and got ready (one of us - looks at Joe - didn’t get home until 4am) we’re aiming to leave for Manchester and today’s football humiliation by around 12.30.
Looks like the Tesco website is in big trouble. People have been trying to get in since yesterday morning. We're expecting an order tomorrow, I booked it 4 weeks ago so unless I can change it sometime today, some of it will have to go back and we'll need to pop out to the shops. They must be losing millions.
Not much happening here, roast chicken and veggies for dinner later, raspberry blancmange with blackcurrant jelly for pud.
We've been out most of the day, round to D's for a gorgeous roast lamb Sunday lunch, and then a pleasant afternoon It has rained here, in and off, for most of the day, so staying indoors has been the best option.
