Good morning Wednesday

Postby Ally » 13 Oct 2021, 05:57

Good morning.

Really warm and sunny but that's normal for October. 8-)

We're off for a coastal walk this morning. We'll park at the very start of la playa and walk all the way to Benelmadena port and back. It's about 16km. :D

Home to shower and chill.

Have a great day.

Morning all, it’s drizzly and grey here.

Blimey I’ve got some catching up to do!
John’s off work this week and it feels like every time I pick up my iPad he starts talking to me, it’s so inconsiderate of him  We’ve had a huge sort out in the garden though and the massive shrub/triffid by the garage, which I’ve cut back so many times this Summer alone, is now gone. Think it was a Californian Lilac, very pretty when in flower but so fast growing.

I’ve got to go out for an hour shortly and I think this afternoon we’re shopping for flooring for in the downstairs toilet.

Right, I’d better get ready. I’ll hope to be back later

Have a good day all :) :D

Morning all.
Hi Jo! Nice to see you back.
A pleasant morning here; in a while I'll go for my walk. I miscalculated yesterday, thought I could get round our cul de sac before it rained.
We are waiting to speak to our daughter. She has a bad back and was referred for an MRI scan. She had to go to A&E to progress this and it was a minimum six hour wait to see a doctor last night.
Have a good day all.

Morning all :D

Lovely bright and sunny here 8-)

Enjoy your walk Ally.
Don't overdo it Jan.
Good to see you back Jo.
Hope your daughter managed to see a doctor Crommers and you get to speak to her soon.

Not a lot happening here, we're driving over to Westwood Cross later, need a few things in M&S, and that's about it.

Hope you all have a good day xx

Lovely to see you back Jo x How' your mom doing now?

Hope your daughter didn't have to wait too long Crommers x

Got virtually everything, popped into Chris and Lucy's, to make sure all is well, as they're on their way back :D

Dozy me forgot to take the broad beans out of the freezer, so no making favas today

Grumpy gone for a kip, so has the cat, I've done the prep for dinner, got the washing machine going and will be reading this afternoon, with maybe a snooze ;)

Daughter got to A&E at 6 pm. She saw a male nurse with a big attitude problem at 9 pm and then at 2am in the morning saw a female doctor who examined her. She said it wasn't something equine syndrome but did say there was a problem that needs diagnosing. So she is writing to our local GP to recommend that E sees a musculoskeletal specialist. So we'll have to see how that goes. Fingers crossed.

Afternoon everyone :)

Hope you're having a nice walk Ally :) xx

Enjoy the sunshine, Jan  xx

I need to sort our garden out a bit, Jo! Good to see you :D xx

Jen, I think you must be in M&S almost as often as I am ;) xx

Your poor daughter, Crommers! Back problems are the pits :( Hope she gets her referral soon xx

I've been into town to meet my friend for a cuppa. Picked up a few bits for D, then had a bite of lunch with her. Not long been home. I feel very tired today, so might not go to Zumba tonight. I got on fine at the dentist's last night, no probs at all, but poor Mick needs a tooth out and a filling.

Love to all xxx
