FAO Shell re Air Ambulance charity bag

Shell, I saw this on Facebook - a friend had commented on it - and thought of you. It mentions Northamptonshire on the photo.

If the URL doesn't work it's Thames Valley & Chiltern Air Ambulance Trust on Facebook.

Thanks for that Jo, do I read it rightly that it does go to Air Ambulance, just not your local one?

I ended up giving the decent stuff to National Association for the Blind shop and the rubbishy stuff to Mencap.

I have a quarterly direct debit to Air Ambulance so I do my bit anyway

It seems so, people have been getting them through their doors in areas not covered by the services mentioned on the bag. I must admit that it never crossed my mind that out of area charities would collect in other areas.

There always used to be a man who stood in the entrance to a shopping arcade in town who collected for the Air Ambulance, always stating it was for the West Midlands one. I always used to donate when passing, he's not been there for a longtime though now but there are collection boxes in a few shops.
