I don't mind them being on here.

Thank you all for your comments. Took me some time to find the floor covering. There is a join, but you cannot see it.

I am now looking for a towel rail. have not yet seen one I like.
They are tea towels on the oven door. It warms them when the oven is on. I change them regularly.
It has been worth the upheaval and not too expensive.

WM, Do you mean the doors are amess or the kitchen s a mess.
I do clear everthing away at least once a day.

Cruiser, it in my kitchen that is a mess. It has had heavy use these last years and it needs a bit of an uplift. Unfortunately it is not 'mine' as I rent and the landlord doesn't 'see' it so I just keep it as best I can.

It looks lovely Cruiser! It’s very like the kitchen we fitted in our old house.

We’ve got a towel rail fitted to the end of the breakfast bar. Just a plain gunmetal coloured one from Ikea.
