Afternoon all

It's been a beautiful sunny day here, quite hot! We got up late, walked Fraggle to North Sands, had lunch (just sandwiches and salad) at the Winking Prawn again - such a fab name for a cafe Long walk on the beach, then walked back here. Done easily over my 10k steps again

Ally, taking a rest sounds a good idea, I hope you have a good time with Craig xxx
