Will e packing a few things as I am going to Birmingham for two nights to see friends we met on a cruise. Should have seen them last year and this but
there have not been any cruises.

Bill’s had his walk so I’m just doing a bit of housework now while waiting for Hermes to deliver a parcel between 10 and 12. I think me and Tom are going to the designer outlet later. I especially want to look in Gap before it closes down.

We're expecting the dishwasher engineer between 11am-1pm, Fingers tightly crossed he gets it sorted without too much hassle. Not sure what time M's arriving, it was around tea time last year. Shame about the weather, but it is what it is. Managed to sort the pc out except for Outlook. It's all so time consuming, will have another go at that another day.

Morning all, it’s quite dull and cool here. This is my last full day at home before we go on hols on Saturday, so there is a list of stuff to work through - it’s very satisfying crossing things off. Shortly I’ll go to the post office to take out money, and we also need milk. I want to clean the bathrooms and do some ironing.

a usual usual for me again - just been to Aldi for a few things and now back home for the usual work / pootle mix. Have a lady popping round around 2.45ish to pick up Kefir grains that I have spare - they just grow so fast it's a battle to give them away sometimes.

Grey but warm here. We have done a little shop including getting some items for Sergio, now in a little while MrsC is going for a walk with our son, sister in law and Fred the dog.
I'm staying in doing some paperwork and waiting for a delivery.

I will be missing for a couple of days in Birmingham so no need to send the search parties out.
Will report on Saturday when I get back.
Have had a phone call to say my broken car has been picked up. Not much for it considering it has four nearly new tyres and the spare has never been used.
But it has gone so one less worry and a few pennies in the bank.

I've walked to town and back again, popped my head round the door at D's, to say hello to the visitors - Jeff, Jayne and Chris up from Weymouth for a few days. Stayed for a cuppa. Ironing to do later.
