I’m flying through books at the moment, I read The Night Fire by Michael Connolly in just over two days and now I’m reading The Girl in the Letter by Emily Gunnis - she is a daughter of Penny Vincenzi, whose books I’ve always enjoyed. It’s all this sitting out in the sun that has me reading so much!

Yes, that was a complete page-turner! The interesting thing about Connelly is that he seems to be developing a range of characters, each one of whom can "front" a novel.
I have "Fair Warning" (2020) featuring Jack McEvoy (reporter) and Rachal Walling (FBI) sitting on the shelves awaiting starting.

Another well-known and prolific author is John Grisham, of course; again I've got his two latest novels waiting to start, and there's a third one due out in October, apparently.
It's finding the time to read everything despite lockdown!
