Good morning Saturday

Good morning.

Looks nice out there. :D

Off for a woody run.

Lots of things here to keep me amused including the painting of dad's shed!

He just happens to have the paint handy for me to do it.

Have a great day.

Morning all, lovely day here. We are going to Michael’s last match of the season this morning, then there might be some sunbathing later on. Need to tidy around before we go.

Morning Ally, Osc and everyone

Hazy start and rather warm 8-)

Good luck with the footie Osc xx and the shed painting Ally

Problem connecting to the internet again this morning, so we-ve done the watering, taken a load of recycling down, had a coffee and got petrol. Grumpy was planning on being pool boy this morning, but it-s too hot to be out in it now, so he-ll maybe do that tomorrow.

Not a lot planned. We-re off out for a pre birthday meal tonight with friends. Lucy is still not well enough to go out, so it-s just the five of us.

Have a good day everyone, whatever you-re doing xx

Morning all :)

What colour are you painting it Ally? :D xx

It's grey here Osc, but sunbathing sounds great :D xx

Glad the net finally let you in Jan! xx

Well I decided to bite the bullet and go to the SW meeting, even though my diet has been terrible this past few days. Dodged a bullet as I stayed the same 8-) Currently having brunch at Corretto's, we're sat outside with Fraggle, as we didn't want to leave him alone. So far he's being a very good boy :) Off to see D soon.

Have a good day everyone xx xx

Morning all.

I won't call it good because it isn't. It is grey, damp and cool and without any wind it does not look like shifting.

Good luck to you all with the net, painting, footie, eating out etc.

I am trying to repair the ironing board which keeps jamming as I try to collapse it. I'll give it a few more goes before probably giving in and heading to Home Bargains for a new one. Or I could just give up ironing things and go a bit bohemian. ;) :D :D

Morning all.
Grey and muggy here. We have been for a paper and some crisps.
Eliza has been "off it" for the last few days, not herself at all. So yesterday Our daughter tried to get her a doctor's appointment. Well, she managed it eventually. But this "triage" system where you ring up and they ring back and tell you if you are actually going to see a doctor or not - it is gonig to cause many problems. It already has in some areas.
Nothing really on here, a fairly dull day stretches ahead.
Have a good day all.

Good morning. Rain clearing here, may get to a socially-distanced footie match this p.m.

Just had telephone call from Master O. He was due to come down to us on Monday for his birthday, but Covid cases in his locality have sky-rocketed in the last two days. Over 100 folk in A&E on his shift last night, and right at the end of it, the Triage nurse he had been working with took a rapid Covid test - and it came back positive! :| If it's confirmed, given that she hadn't been provided with proper PPE (due to shortages), Gawd only knows how many people including Master O have been potentially infected. The end result is that Master O is not coming down to us now, he's waiting to find out if he's to go into lockdown. You couldn't make it up.

Still, look on the bright side.
Ossie gets to eat all the cake ..... :P

That's my default position WM
The covid count seems to be rising everywhere Saundra, so far it's still good here, Thanet is in the 60's the lowest figures in our region, not sure how long for though.
We have the triage system here Crommers and a right palaver it is too. All the phone calls to/from seem such a waste of everyone's time.
Sorry you won't be seeing your son for his birthday Ossie. I quite see why It's your duty to eat all the cake

I had a few restless nights earlier in the week, managed much better the last couple of nights, we actually slept in till 10.30 this morning  Thank goodness we weren't planning an outing  No plans for today, intend to be very lazy.

Hope you all have a good day, stay safe xx
