when the phone rang
He is a good boy to phone me as he knows that flying is`nt my
favourite mode of transport and when the plane did`nt take off
on time i would be worrying myself silly

Morning all
Bb has been here at the pc and on the phone (mostly work), so I stayed out of the way till he'd gone.
Dull again here too, it does feel a bit warmer but that's not much consolation when the weather forecast is showing rather a lot of rain for down here over the next few days. Roads are already closed again due to flooding, we're all going to be washed away soon. I did manage a little while in the garden yesterday morning, before it rained, but could do with a few more sessions.

Good afternoon all! It's grey, windy, wet and cold here today I was just getting used to Spring too after a lovely couple of sunny and milder days.

I've done the gym and then done some shopping, Tom's just back from school after a revision session. It seems that quite a few schools around here have gone back today but my two are still home until Monday. It feels like it's been such a long holiday but right before Easter they had a couple of snow days and then Joe was off another day during that last week with a nasty cold.

Loz, I hope the appointment goes well and that the after-effects of the cold don't linger for much longer xx

Di, I thought of you - and of Kaz too - when I saw the forecast for yet more rain down South

Good afternoon everybody. Dull and grey here. Went out just after nine o'clock this morning and got home at 2 p.m. Went to Lytham and did some food shopping on way home. Then went to see daughter and SIL before coming home and coming on here.
Can't remember who has got what problem, so if you can hear me, see me on your PC, been careful carrying glasses (Good job they were empty!!), hope everthing gets back tp normal

It actually wasn't bad here most of the day, but Bb drove home through rain, and right now the rain is really hammering hard against the window
