Morning Cruiser, morning everyone

Sunny and warm 8-) No wind :Hi: :Hi: that makes a huge difference :D

Quiet morning - next door have the first of the summers guests, so the dogs are kept inside and the others are far away. So we have until September for some peace and quiet 8-)

Watering of the pots done, the garden will be done tomorrow. Have to do it every couple of days now it's getting hotter.

Gentle day today, swimming, reading and watching footie later. Two games to watch, so Grumpy happy

Have a good day everyone, whatever you're doing xx

Morning all.

Small garden party yesterday for the uncles and aunts of Lyra - late birthday bash. Great weather for sitting outside and chilling.

Today? Cloudy and cool, very cool.

No plans except for F1 and football later.

Have a good one you all.

Morning all, it’s raining.

John’s just gone cycling off to watch the four cooling towers come down at the old power station in Rugeley. I’m going to watch online.

Sausage and mash for lunch, it was going to be roast chicken and salad but sausage and mash seems more suitable today  We’ll have the chicken meal tomorrow.

Off into Birmingham this afternoon.

Frank, Lyra’s already one?! Happy belated Birthday to her!

Have a good day all :)

Morning all :)

Jan, that's good news about the dogs :) xx

Lucky with the weather yesterday Frank, that sounds lovely :) xx

Have a good pootle, Cruiser xx

Enjoy Brum, Jo :) xx

Morning Saundra :) xx

Sitting here waiting for Becky, as we're off to the garden centre en famille, picking up D on the way. My geraniums failed to bud and flower, so I need enough plants to fill seven patio pots :cute: Mind you, it's a good excuse to go to Highfields, and they serve an excellent Sunday roast - we may partake ;) Weather dodgy but most of it is under cover if needs be

Have a good day everyone :) xx

We now have guests coming on Tuesday, so need to cook some favas and keep it festering away in the fridge until then.

Happy birthday to Lyra WM :Hi: :Hi:

Kaz, I'd kill for a decent garden centre  The only one's are in the Algarve or near the west coast, so over an hours drive. And they're rubbish anyway  We swap plants or get some at the market in Castro, so very limited choice.

Grumpy is kindly doing the vacuuming and floor mopping, so I'll get out of his way

Love the sound of your trip out Kaz.
I think I need more bedding plants. I had loads off my Mom last weekend, then went to the garden centre and bought four more trays as I wanted some marigolds and snap dragons. Two days later we were back there again for another three

Just been out the back.....

There was all this laughing and screeching and carrying on. Al and Jack are out there with the kids messing about with the Sproodle they got yesterday - Springer spaniel x poodle.

It's a gorgeous looking thing and daft as a brush, and is in to everyone. Totally fearless and wants to know all about you - every part of you!.

They have been doing kennel visits every day prior to bringing him home so he knows them. Now it's time to explore! No name as yet so it's "here", "oi", "good boy".
