Morning all :D

Dull and overcast here, hoping it doesn't rain so E still gets out for a walk.

Kaz happy birthday to Chris, have a lovely get together.
Enjoy shopping Ally and Jan, one of my favourite things.
Have a big hug Cruiser, it's never easy to sort things.
Osc enjoy your haircut.
I use my trolly bags Jo, I'm looking forward to when the delivery drivers are allowed to carry things through to the kitchen. makes life so much easier.

E's orthotics appointment went well, he doesn't need any enhancement now so his adapted shoes are being sent off to put them back as they were :D

Washing day and the dreaded bed change to tackle later. Expecting a Sainsbury's delivery and Boots meds to arrive later. I'm also due to have a phone consultation with the diabetes nurse to discuss my blood test etc. What's the betting all three things happen at the same time.

Hope you all have a good day, stay safe xx

Well, that was a lovely, if rather long day. Jan does all the driving, so Chris and I just sat back

Jan has a problem with her shoulder and as Chris is a physio, she came with us to the appointment, so she could "do" the shoulder for Jan here, rather than the long drive three times a week.

Then we hit the shops   Chris hates shopping, so strayed in the car whilst we did Lidl and Aldi. And also when we went to C & A and Sketchers. Got myself a very comfy pair of danles and three t-shirts :Hi:

Loaded up with plants from Lidl too :Hi: then onto Tesco, which was a bit of a disappointment, as like iceland, they're having difficulty getting stuff from England. But I did get some wensleydale and cranberry cheese, one of my favourites :Hi:

Couple of beers at the bar, now home.

And it wasn't as expensive as last week

Jan, that's great! Successful trip! 8-) I like Wensleydale and cranberry too, especially on crackers :D xxx

Jen, good news about E's appointment too :) 8-) I hope you got out for your walk, our weather really brightened up after lunch xxx

We've had a really nice day thanks, I've eaten too much chocolate birthday cake though :?  Chris liked his gifts - I got him a nice shirt, some gift vouchers and his favourite chocolate, and B got him a brilliant little gadget that plays retro Nintendo games, which went down very well

Glad you had a good day Kaz :D

Tom’s got my old Super Nintendo which must be around 30 years old now and he’s taken to buying old games from EBay recently
