Man, that is so good.

I marinated some chicken in my own hot sauce, home made curry paste and garlic for a few hours. I then made up a portion of Chinese curry sauce from the Asian supermarket and fried a few onions. Chucked the chicken in the wok, then the onions and sauce with a bit of water and WOW!

It is going down ever so well with veg fried rice and a naan.

What are you boring lot having? Soup, fried egg and chips?

Gluten free fish and chips for me, bacon cheeseburger for Edward, plain burger and chips for Michael and chicken goujons and chips for Kellie - all from the pub next door and all polished off. Kellie has gone to bed and Michael and Edward are watching the match, not happy with the Ireland team!
