Morning Ally, morning everyone

Slightly cooler this morning, but will soon warm up 8-)

Houseworkery stuff for us this morning. Grumpy will do the vacuuming and mopping, I'll do the rest. Once I'm able, I'll have to move everything, as he just goes round things   :cute:

The wind has dropped from gale force, so I'm going to do something I don't normally do - sit outside in the sun and read. I need to get some sun on me, so the lounger will be out buy the pool.

Hope all goes well for H today Kaz x

Hoping Cruiser, Suff and E are doing as well as they can xx

Have a good day everyone, whatever you're doing xx

Morning Ally and Jan, morning everyone

I know Ally - the days are just whizzing by; it's madness. Ally are you back to normal face to face teaching or will the private classes still be via zoom? And enjoy those beers and tapas; normality again :D
Jan, enjoy that sunshine and the book

A quietish day for me workwise - things were really busy beginning of the month but it seems to have quietened down a bit. Heading over to Karl and Nadine a bit later; they have their annual boiler inspection but Nadine needs to do school run so I'll hang around there in case the boiler man decides to turn up when she's out (which of course would be the case :D). I made (well tried to) some pizza dough yesterday so I'll take that with me and we can try making pizza's once Thomas is home. Never made it before so no idea if it's right - we'll soon find out :D

Ongoing vibes for those that need them.

My shorts are on Jan to get my pins brown.

They need to match my face and arms.

Lying by the pool reading is one of my favourite lazy things to do.

Morning all, the clouds are clearing and it could be a very pleasant day. I usually go for a walk on the pier with two friends on Friday but today there is a change of plan. We are going to stand outside the house of one of them as the funeral cortège of our gym friend goes from her house nearby to the church. Then we will go for our walk from there. It is very near Miss Osc’s house so I’ll park there. Edward will come with me as he wants to see what he needs for painting the playhouse, then he will walk home. Dinner from the pub next door tonight, our usual Friday treat. Hugs for all who need them.

Morning all, it’s a drizzly one here.

My Tesco delivery is due between 10 and 11 and there’s also a Hermes one due between 10 and 2.

We did the Ikea collection last night, it wasn’t due to be collected until this evening but they emailed yesterday afternoon to say it was ready. It was such a good system. There’s an area on the car park where you wait, once there you call an automated line and enter your order number and a few minutes later they send a text to say that the items are ready to be loaded into the car so you drive over to the store and they have staff waiting for you with your order.

Osc, you’ll have to show us the playhouse!

Have a good day all :)

Good morning.
A grey one here with a bit of drizzle.
We have the probate forms to work on today (and probably over the weekend, PA1P is 26 pages). We've decided to do the paper version, not online.
The brickies have turned up this morning, they got the days mixed up. They look reliable lads, I'm sure the job will be OK.
This afternoon we'll go to Sainsbury's and then it's a lazy day.
Thoughts for Cruiser.
Jen, how is E coming along?
Have a good day all.

Good afternoon everybody,

Thank you all for thinking of me.
I have my sad moments when I cry. But I think of all the happy times we had together.
One of her cousins has been to see mrs.e at the undertakers. She said my wife would be proud the way I have arranged for the undertaker to dress her.
She has a dress on she wore when we went cruising and dancing and a lovely pair of shoes..
Done some ironing this morning before going shopping.
Now going to relax. Wish it was n the sunshine like Ally.
