Good morning Friday.

Postby Ally » 26 Feb 2021, 06:25

Good morning.

Forecast sunny.

Off for a walk then back to happily laze and read. My Kindle is getting well used this week.

We're going to order in a Chinese delivery tonight and watch more Breaking Bad. We watched 3 episodes last night and I woke up this morning thinking about it.
It doesn't help that one of the main character's has really blue eyes like our Conor. I feel a connection with him.

Have a good day.

Vibes for anyone in need. xx

Morning Ally, morning everyone

Not raining at the moment, but more is forecast. Not that warm either. Roll on next month

Houseworkery stuff this morning, although the floors will have to wait until tomorrow, when there is no rain. Then not a lot, bar reading 8-)

Cruiser, could you get in touch with the Macmillan nurses? I hope Mrs e is in no pain and has a comfortable day xx

Have as good a day as you can everyone xx

Morning all. It’s really frosty here. Just off to de ice my car.

I have an exciting weekend planned!

Firstly I am off to have 3 (THREE!!!!) teeth out this morning and have a new denture fitted.

Then I am off to my best friends who lives about 2 miles away to stay for the weekend. Woo hoo a weekend break. They are moving their daughter to Edinburgh today (she has a new job and is moving in with her boyfriend of 4 years who lives in Edinburgh) so are away from today until Sunday. They have a 16 week puppy abs 4 house cats so I am on pet sitting duty. I can’t explain how excited I am to be doing something out of the ordinary!

I should add - the excitement is for my “weekend break” not my teeth. I’m not looking forward to that at all

Morning all :)

Ally   :D xxx

Hope it stops raining Jan! Cruiser and Mrs e will get a full care package now xxx

Debih, enjoy your weekend! :D :D Good luck at the dentists, I've been through that myself, you'll be fine xxx

It's sunny here but when I nipped out to the bin just now it was very chilly :? B is off today as she's working this weekend, so I expect I will have company when I go to see D. Nothing much planned otherwise :)

Love to all xxx

Morning everyone :)

Ally, today we can also say - forecast sunny (but not as warm as you   )
Jan, the floors can wait ;-) enjoy the quiet down time whilst you can. Before you know it you'll be out every day weeding and doing all sorts of things ;-)
Kaz, same here - sunny but nippy
Debih, ouch three teeth. But puppy and cat duties over the weekend will be fab and will take your mind of things I'm sure. Enjoy the mini break - hope you've got lots of movies to catch up on / books to read / things to do

Well I've got the day off today. Will do one or two quick work emails and then pootle about in the garden - yay! The weekend is dry as well so that's allocated to the allotment. Thai dinner tonight - one of the mom's from Amelia's old junior school is Thai and she does cooking from home every 8 or so weeks and then you can order. She makes just THE most amazing food so we always make sure we order. Cannot wait and I know I'll be stuffing my face :D

Thinking of Cruiser and Mrs E and also hope Mrs C and Crommers and family are doing as well as can be.

xx

Morning all, it’s a lovely sunny day here so a walk will be on the cards at some stage. I have washing to put on the line but apart from general tidying around, that’ll be it for the day. Dinner from the pub next door tonight. Cruiser and Mrs.e are very much on my mind, also Crommer’s family.

Ouch Debih. But have a relaxing week-end away.

Grumpy did the vacuuming for me - I had to walk away, he was going around things, pushed mats up in the corner  But then did some fiddly bits that I usually only do once a month. But hey ho it's done. Mopping can wait.

Enjoy your dinner Ria x
