Good morning Saturday.

Good morning.

Forecast sunny and warm...yesterday was officially hot.

I'm off for a walk shortly. :D

We're going to Gambrinus for lunch. It's set by a pretty park and it's lovely to sit outside there.

Home late afternoon and we'll order a Chinese delivery for tonight and watch more Breaking Bad. I don't think (in fact I know) I've never enjoyed watching anything as much as I am this. It's fab. :cute:

Have a great day everyone.

Hope Cruiser & Mrs E are ok.

Morning Ally, morning everyone

Blowing a hooley here and it's here for the day. Rain later  But quite mild 8-)

Apart from making some samosas, I have nothing else to do today. Grumpy is going to clean the inside of the windows and change the water filter and that's it for him too. At least we have plenty of books. Can+'t watch the tv, too windy

Hope Cruiser and Mrs e are doing okay x

Have a good day everyone, whatever you're doing xx

Oh, and I should get a call from the cheese lady and I'll meet her at the bar for some cheese I ordered. Sometime today, hence the phone call. You can't pin the Portuguese down on time :cute:

Morning all, it’s raining and very breezy here.

No plans today, if the rain ever stops we’ll walk Bill. We were just saying that we can’t wait for better weather so that we can get a takeaway coffee and sit in the park in Lichfield.

Jan, I’m picturing some kind of black market cheese exchange

Al, that sounds like such a good day!

Thinking of Cruiser and Mrs E xx

Have a good day all :)

Jo

It's a lady from Chada Nova, just up the road, she makes cured goats cheese.

Vic, I was once told, you English have the clock, us Portuguese have the time.

Another dreary wet day  The main plan is to clean around the woodwork on our windows, you can see we are looking for things to do  Knitting, reading for me and no doubt lots of sport on telly for him.

Good morning all.
A nice morning here, quite mild and no rain.
Just been to our Sainsbury's local for a paper and some chocolate hobnobs for MrsC.
I hope the Cruisers are OK and that Gal is recovered.

Black market cheese deals!

A quiet day looms. MrsC has gone to a local nature reserve for a walk with daughter and Eliza, I'm going to settle down with a book. I used to read lots but haven't bothered for years. Farenheit 451 by Ray Bradbury is the book. I read it years ago when I was but a youth; my elder brother Steve was a big Sci-Fi fan, mainly Isaac Azimov and Ray Bradbury so I got to read them too.

Have a good day all.
