Good morning Sunday

Postby Ally » 07 Feb 2021, 07:11

Good morning.

Cloudy sunshine today.

A quick run then back to do all the reading I had planned to do yesterday.

Rogan Josh for dinner.

DOI and Finding Alice are the TV treats tonight. :D

Have a great day.

Morning Ally, morning everyone

Clouds and sun this morning, then rain later.

Off to Pingo soon, to get the heavy stuff. Which mean Grumpy has to come in. He's not letting me pick up the boxes of beer any more. Will do the recycling and check the post on our way down.

Back to doing some washing  I'll put it out and hope the forecast is right and it doesn't rain until 6.00

And reading ;)

Have a good day everyone, whatever you're doing xx

Morning! :)

See you later for DOI Ally ;) xxx

Good old Grumpy, he's looking after you well Jan :D xxx

We have snow forecast, but I'm hoping it passes us by! I'm so over winter weather, the local daffs are all sprouting, bring on a warm and early spring!  :cute: Mick is taking B to work, we'll nip out for the papers later, then pop round to put the bins out for D. Lamb and veggies for later, and we have an episode of Inspector Montalbano on the iPlayer from last night 8-) :)

Take care everyone :) xx

One of these days, hopefully I’ll be able to post that it is a lovely day :? In the meantime, it’s dull, dreary, cold and windy with occasional rain - again. Just for a change, we have no plan  Knitting and reading and maybe a walk if we can be bothered.

Afternoon all :D

Woke up to snow and it's still coming down.

Running a bit behind, we had a nice long video chat with with eldest daughter. She mentioned her husband who's the same age as me was offered the vaccine last week and refused, madness!! Needless to say I didn't comment, setting her off on all the conspiracy theories isn't clever

Must unpack the delivery from Lakeland which arrived just before M called. Roast pork for dinner followed by raspberry blancmange and jelly.

Hope you all have a good day, stay safe and warm xx

Good afternoon all.
All the snoow melted last night but it is very grey here and we are getting the odd snow flurry; not enough to settle though. It is cold however, blinking cold. When that wind blows you know about it.
We have had our daughter and Eliza here today. they had their dinner with us.
Feel a bit sleepy atm, I haven't been sleeping brilliantly. Maybe I have reached the age where I could do with an afternoon nap?!
Someone we know who is 66 has had the jab. My brother and his wife who are both in their 70's living in a different health trust area have heard nothing.
Finger crossed to be getting ours soon. I get some of the conspiracy theories (especially where have all the flu deaths gone) but if I'm offered a jab I'm going to take it, no error.
Have a nice day everyone.
