I opted for an assisted one, at our drive-thru centre, as I was sure I would chicken out of getting the swab far enough up my nose - I have a deviated septum and it was pretty painful :? Good luck to Tom, and I hope you get the result back soon (((x)))

Tom said there wasn't an option for an assisted one, in fact he said it was quite impersonal - he went to wind down his window and was shouted at "Keep your window shut!", they took details off his phone (the QR code) through the glass, then went round to the passenger side to receive the swab and instructions but again was shouted at to "only down 2inches!" He said if he hadn't realised how far up it had to go he probably wouldn't have done it correctly and may have had a false reading :(

Blimey :? The woman who did ours was nice, very sweet when I explained about my septum and said she would be as gentle as possible.
