Crommers - I've heard a few reports about the nasal test not being very accurate and throwing up a number of false negatives as well as false positives - blood tests are the only way to be 100% certain. It's all rather confusing

Cold and miserable here.

I’m working overtime - I think I’ll be working lots of overtime over the next few months - booking Covid vaccines.

Hi Debih xxx

Well no test result as yet for B, bit soon I suppose but hoping to hear later today. Becky says she feels better apart from a stinking headache, but who knows! Until we hear she's confined to her bedroom/bathroom and we're keeping to the house, apart from Mick running the dogs on the field when it's empty.....

Love to all, stay safe xxxxx

Good news about the family Ria :D

Fun and games here  The outside shower switched itself on   and another of the outside pipes was leaking, so sorted that outm then thought we'd better check on David and Rita's. Good job we did, one of their outside pipes was pouring water out :o Managed to get that sorted, got soaked too  and Heldar is coming round this afternoon to sort them both out.

The only problem is that we have to leave about 4.00, so either I'll have to go on my own or get Chris to run me down.

Fingers crossed for B xx

All sorted, water and pipes wise. Heldar is a good lad, sorted it all out for us and wouldn't charge either.

We've wrapped everything up and put away the hose pipes.

The hospital just rang, can I get there for 6.00 and not 6.20, so we'll be leaving in about half an hour.

Thank you all xx

Got there early and was out by 6.30, having had an x-ray as well.

No idea when the op will be though

And I've banned Grumpy from driving at night. That was a complete nightmare driving back and he wouldn't let me drive   :cute:

Having a calming brandy, then I'll cook.
