Great stuff! Fast moving and very real watching people muck it all up.

Wonderful watching Anne Reid puffing on a fag with that hard, evil look in her eyes. Even Judy Dench couldn't do it as well as that. Or Helen Mirren.

The final episode was last night and I have to say that I have enjoyed it all the way through.

Some bitter-sweet moments towards the end, but I won't spoil it in case anyone is catching up.

Another series would not go amiss.

Still plenty of mileage left in their individual stories for those who stay. The writers have the space to introduce a new prisoner's wife as long as Francesca and Iain Glenn stay there as the key figures. Really enjoyed it too so hope they do another series as well.
