Good morning Sunday

Postby Ally » 22 Nov 2020, 06:22

Good morning.

Forecast nice again. 8-)

A good stomp up and down our hills first thing for me.

We're going out for lunch today. As the hospitality curfew is at 6pm we'll have plenty of time being outside enjoying the atmosphere at Gambrinus. :D

At least we can take our time strolling home as human curfew  is 10pm.

Have a great day.

Have just put the drops in my eyes. The sting for a few minutes. Theywill be back to normal when we go to Tesco. Then may do a detour to Aldi.
Will relax again this afternoon.

Morning Ally, Cruiser and everyone

Lovely, sunny morning 8-)

General pootling for us today. We moved a few baby agaves yesterday and took some rose cuttings and put them in the garden, so some tender care for them today. Feed them, water them and tell them to grow,

Will have a look and find out what new measures are now in place, don't think it will affect us too much, so hopefully, our Wednesday jolly can take place. We'll take a stroll down to our nice neighbours house and check it over this afternoon, take a couple of beers down and enjoy their view :D

Lemon chilli chicken for dinner.

JHave a good day everyone, whatever you're doing xx

Good morning, it’s cold but sunny.

I’m just back from a run and after a shower we’re going to take Bill out. Not sure what else is happening today.

Have a good day all :D

Morning all, it’s a nice bright morning here. The deli in the pub next door is busy with people getting coffees and breakfast to go, walkers, cyclists, and people pulling up in cars, it’s great to see them doing the business as they are working so hard to keep going. Nearer to lunchtime we will head to Miss Osc’s as Michael has his second round of birthday celebrations. No other plan for the rest of the day.

That is good Osc. It has been very hard for small businesses this year hasn't it?
It is especially hard when you are a small business that has been shut because you're not an "essential" business, but supermarkets who sell your kind of goods are allowed to stay open.
Morning campers, Hi Di Hi!
Cold and sunny here and we've just had a shower. Not much on today but Mrsc is baking a blueberry and lemon drizzle cake that she saw someone on Come Dine With Me make. Beef for dinner.
We haven't seen much of the extended family recently apart from Eliza and her parents. Son is a peripatetic music teacher going around schools so he has kept away and son in law's sister has a baby who has been ill and his mum has been poorly as well.
MrsC's auntie Violet has had to go into a home. She needs 24 hour care now.
At the start of the year there were two brothers and Violet in the house at Streethouse. Now Jud has died, Violet is in a home and Jimmy is in the house on his own.
We might go for an Aldi run too Cruiser, they sell Graham's Skyr Yoghurt and it is very good.
Have a good day all.

Morning all :D

Very grey here.

Another quiet day for us, my ankle is still sore, but resting it yesterday has helped a little. Roast chicken with veg for dinner later, vanilla blancmange with lemon and lime jelly for pud.

Hope you all have a good day xx

Do you have any treatment for your ankle Jen?
It seems to be an ongoing problem for you?

Afternoon everyone :)

Your plans sound lovely Ally :) xxx

Take care Cruiser xxx

Hope the new measures don't make too much difference for you Jan! Tomorrow Boris is announcing the measures for us coming out of lockdown, on the 2nd. Fingers crossed! XX

Hi Jo :) xx

Saundra, it's so useful to be able to do that, isn't it? xxx

Osc, it's been awfully hard on small businesses, great that some are able to operate as takeaways 8-) xxx

Hope your ankle improved for the rest day Jen xxx

Well it's a lovely day here, sunny and cold. We've been out for a paper, then round to put out D's garden bin. Making a chicken tagine for later - fingers crossed as it's a new one on me  xxx
