Such gorgeous little animals :D
I've just been shouted at by Maisie, Gizmo and Ella because I had the audacity to open the salad drawer without getting them some spinach! :P

I love guinea pigs. We had them when the children were young and at one stage we had seven!

They are lovely.

I was deprived, never had a guinea pig :(
First a cat, then a rabbit, later a mouse, in between goldfish (which barely count as pets)...but never a guinea pig :(
Definitely deprived - mind you, gerbils were sort of the in-pets, I think maybe the school bred them ;)

Oh lovely photo Ally.

Di you were robbed, they are gorgeous pets. Gentle and shy but worth persevering with and lovely little characters.

I would love to have my own little herd Rodo, were yours all in together?

I guess I just got what was around MM, I always wanted a dog but couldn't as mum always worked.
My kitten was my second birthday present, I remember everything about that, and she lived to 20, so I'd never known life without a cat, we were inseparable.
The rabbit (Billy) came from next door as a baby, he was lovely, spent a lot of time in the garden, he had a collar and lead :D

I've never had a guinea pig myself but my sister got some for her kids and they were fab. They have such huge personalities in their small bodies and they definitely are a pet I think are perfect for kids (old enough kids obviously)
