Sounds good, would you all really recommend air fryers?

I would Shell. I only bought a cheap one two years ago, thinking it’d probably be unused after a while, but I’m finding I use it more and more so I’ve now replaced it with a bigger one.
It cooks things so nicely and as long as there’s room in it you can cook anything in it that you’d cook in your oven and there’s the bonus that it cooks quicker and you’re not having to preheat your oven for 15 minutes (you can preheat an air fryer but it’s quick to reach the temperature that I don’t bother, I just put the food on and switch it on) so you’re not using so much electricity.

Definitely! Mine cooks a whole chicken in 40 minutes, and wedges and chips cook really well.

I have been reading about those air-fryers.....

I have a small counter top fan oven with heater elements top and bottom and it apparently does the same job. Never been a fan of oven chips but if you put them on one of those non-stick woven mats and put it on the rack and not a tray they turn out well - or so it is said.
