They can continue to do that. Are they being closed by the 10 pm rule? If so, what is the problem? Complain.

Now that is wrong and it should be shut down, but again, complain, what is the problem?

The new rules introduced by BoJo actually want you to bring these things to the fore.

They couldn't suddenly open up as all-nighters with DJs and dance floors - there were prosecutions for some who tried. And they had to comply. as best they could, with SD and registration.

Things could have been managed better, no doubt about that, but it was not open house all hours.

So our town centre pubs like this one, with normal hours that were open all hours, continued to do so:
TUESDAY
22:00 – 03:00
WEDNESDAY
20:00 – 04:00
THURSDAY
21:00 – 03:00
FRIDAY
20:00 – 04:00
SATURDAY
20:00 – 04:00
SUNDAY Closed
MONDAY Closed

which is similar to most in the area, they may not have had a DJ although some did, but they had loud music and youngsters danced.

So if they have to abide by their 'normal' opening hours, I am presuming they cant now suddenly decide to open 6 hours earlier?
