Our daffs have been and are almost gone! They are always in full bloom by Mother's Day. The difference between garden grown ones and bought ones is amazing, I had a vaseful of ours in the house for a full two weeks before they started to wilt. They got badly mauled by the weather this year sadly :(

Only two these days - one for my great niece, Georgia, and one for Lewis :)

I buy bars of chocolate throughout the year anyway so no change there LOL, I never bought one for Jen as she got them from other people, but I always bought her an 'Easter Bunny' present when she was growing up, a new colouring book, or a small toy of some sort, graduating to a CD as she entered her teens :)

Tom and I don't buy eggs for each other :|

I don't buy chocolate eggs for anyone and never have done. I hate the prices they charge and most of it for wrapping-I feel like I'm being ripped off!
Ellie will get an outfit to wear and money put in her bank and when she is older I'll give her cash instead of an egg.

this year I didn't buy for anyone

But the kids I'd usually buy for had soooooo much as it is; they weren't going to miss that I didn't buy them one ;)

I bought one for ME.

It was all chocolatey and creamy and I couldn't resist it. It drew me to it with its milk chocolate outer and its white and yellow fondant centre..... then it was gone, all gone. My ecstasy was over in a flash!

But there's always next year to look forward to. ;)

I only buy for my two and hubby. He forgot to buy me one this year. So while setting the eggs out, I nicked one of the kids eggs that the grandparents had got them and had it for myself.
This year I told everyone who normally buys for them, that they were not to buy more than one. So they all bought a big egg, then packs of lollies (as they are not eggs  ) and toys. Oh well.
Lasts year we were still getting through the eggs in July. Hopefully we won't have that problem this year, but then there are still a couple of marshmallow santas in the pantry.
Everything happens for a reason

I buy the boys one each, I buy for my friend's two daughters, for the 16 year old I got a £5 Boots giftcard and an egg and the 5 year old got an egg and a t-shirt, and my Goddaughter and her brother and sister live away so I sent them £5 each.
To be honest I wish I didn't have to spend so much, especially when you can buy an Easter Egg for £1 but I can hardly send those through the post :?
