Speaking of selective outrage.
Pearl necklaces were clutched worldwide when Mr Mekon aka Dominic Cummings drove to the north east with his wife and child. The media was horrifiedly shrieking about it constantly.
Now we've had two days of protests in our capital about a death that happened in another country; social distancing absolutely disregarded, the statue of Churchill vandalised and the cringing police attacked.
And I don't see any media outrage at all.
Truly VERY selective outrage.

If I am being totally truthful with myself, my first thought, at the demonstrations, was that these people had put themselves at significant risk of catching the virus and dying.

If that was their choice to react to one US citizen who was murdered by rogue white US Police, I wasn't having an issue with it.
