Lemon curd is my dad's absolute favourite. (As I type I know there is a jar packed in his suitcase for coming over. )

I have zillions of lemons on my tree just waiting for this!

It was Loz's fault And Ally and Weka, talking about lemon trees

I don't make them often, but anyway am quite mean with cake. It's a normal 4-4-4-2 cake mix, then baked in a tray about 10"x7". So you can cut slices that are about the size of Mr Kiplings, or you can have proper slices Lovely big cakes with lots of filling are great if you have enough other people to eat it, but this one's not too dangerous
