A bit annoyed

Postby kathy22 » 04 Dec 2012, 07:45

Mum bought me a lovely cardigan from Sainsburys last week, a lovely camel coloured cashmere at £55. A bit dear but it is my Xmas box from her as I run her about quite a lot with the clinics, shopping etc. Well when I called in at the weekend there is 25% off which makes it £41.75 wish I had know this was coming off I would have waited

Have you worn it yet? If not and you have the receipt take it back to Customer Services and say it is the wrong size or you got it home and didn't like it......... ;) They will give you a refund if you ask for one - don't swap it for the smaller one at this stage as you will just get a straight swap like for like.

Then go and buy it at the new price................... ;)

You also have to have the label still attached to the garment before they will change it in Sainsburys now. :o
New rules the girl told me as i tried to change a jumper for a larger size.
You can take the part off with the price on but the rest of the label must be attached still.
That plus receipt.

I do that too Saundra, and if I remember I ask for a gift receipt.

That's so annoying Kathy, and something that happens quite often at this time of year :x
I would do as Kaz suggested ;)
