Good morning Saturday

Postby Ally » 30 Mar 2013, 07:15

Good morning :)

Gorgeously sunny here. 8-) 8-)

I am going out for a big long run.
I need to shake the excess of Jackie's week here off!

Home made pizzas for lunch then Paco's at 4pm for the Malaga game.

Will then go and watch the parades in town and see what madness happens after that.

Enjoy the day everyone.

PS..don't forget to put the clocks forward tonight. :D

Morning Ally and chums :D Ooh Ally, I do wish you could send a little sunshine and warmth over here
It's a bit grey looking at the moment, but might brighten up a bit later.
Bits and bobs for me today. Family coming over for Easter lunch tomorrow, so need to do a bit of baking. Also mum is coming to stay on Monday, so need to get her room ready. We are not sure how long she will be staying, maybe a week or two it depends on how she is. Her mental health is declining now, so we will play it by ear.
Have a good day everyone and I hope the sun is shining on you :D

Good Morning all,
Very cold and light rain.
Son, DIL and two little ones have boarded their plane
at Gatwick ready to take off at 8.35 to Spain :D
They went to Benidorm last year and found this little village.
Went online and found it had no hotels but found these apartments.
This is the one they have booked.
Safe flight and enjoy your holiday

Morning everyone :)

Still cold here, but bright again. Harry is here for the weekend so we are going out later for him to spend some of the weeks and weeks of pocket money he's saved :D  He likes to save for weeks then maybe have a bit of a binge - not like B whose pocket money always burnt a hole in her pocket  He's staying until Monday now, which is nice as I have a leg of lamb for our Easter roast and it means we can eat a bit later and relax and enjoy it. Am going to ask D (MIL) if she wants to join us 8-)

Lissie I hope they have a lovely trip  :D

Saundra I'd happily walk 6 miles for a roast I hadn't cooked myself lol

Loz I hope all goes well with your mum's visit :) xxx

Ally can you do some running for me please? Not done as much walking lately as I should, its just been soooo cold  :)

Have a nice Saturday everyone xxxx

Morning :)
Grey here too, and c-c-cold of course...all the lazylayabeds are still lazing in bed, Minnie keeps asking me when they'll get up, but she should know them by now :D

Had a good time last night, meal out with Bb's mum and dad; it was quite funny, we both thought the place we were going to was a Harvester so he went online to look at the menu, and left the page so I had a look later. As we pulled into the car park the big sign was not Harvester at all but Beefeater
I was quite pleased, I hadn't fancied the Harvester steaks much, these appealed much more :D

Not sure about today, I shall probably go out for a mooch around the town and market, but it depends how many visitors are about. Normally at Easter you can't park, but at least 3 of the big campsites haven't been able to open as they're still far too waterlogged, so numbers will be down.

Lissie hope they enjoy their trip, I think most of us rather wish we could be in Spain right now :)
Saundra enjoy getting ready for your visitors, Loz enjoy your baking, and Kaz enjoy H :) And Ally just enjoy it all :)

Morning all. Its lovely and sunny here but very cold.

We are heading to the stables this morning - I don't think much riding will get done as there is still too much snow but the girls want to go and potter about.

No plans for this afternoon. I might have to clean the cooker. I have been putting off doing it as I know that James is coming home soon but I am starting to wonder if it will be this year or next year. I daren't ask as I get my head bitten off. I did arrange help for tomorrow but as Mick thought there would be too much snow to do it he didn't arrange to borrow his mates van (it won't go in his) so now even though it could come home, it wont.

Good morning, all.

Cold and sunny here, but there are a few ominous clouds around.

Not much on the agenda today, but something will turn up, no doubt.

Have a good day.
