Personally I've found that an astringent anti bacterial is a great healing aid for burst burn blisters.

Of course you just about go through the roof when you put it on... But I've never had one infected since I started using them.

Be good, do as they say and it'll get better in the end... Other than that, nothing to do but suck it up and move on...

Oh ouch! The cling film stops the air getting to it, and therefore helps to stop it hurting. The skin also doesn't stick to it
