Oh Jo, what a shame - and that's no age, is it? :(

Beautiful house, beautifully presented, but as you say FAR too big for a man on his own :(

Their house is a holiday home - the Timberlakes :lol: - and both of them have been ill and they're also in their 80's.

Not bragging nor nuffin, their house is slightly larger, but we have more land, more outbuildings and the energy rating on ours is much higher.

This cottage (Lynch Cottage) was one we looked at when we were considering retiring to the Worcestershire area around 10-12 years ago.

If you pan round to the left, you'll see a river bridge, and beyond a pub. Looks idyllic, you might think. The area is called Little Hereford.
Well, that's the River Teme and yesterday that property was under a Severe Flood Warning - Danger to Life …… :|
